Delete Your MindSpire Focus Account
We're sorry to see you go! This page will help you permanently delete your MindSpire Focus account and all associated data.
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you delete your account, you will lose:
- All focus training progress and achievements
- Your virtual pet companion and its evolution
- Personal profile information
- App preferences and settings
- Access to your account and all data
How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the MindSpire Focus app on your device
- Go to Profile Settings
- Scroll down to Account Management
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation steps
- Check your email for a confirmation code
- Enter the confirmation code in the app
- Your account will be permanently deleted
Method 2: Contact Support
- Send an email to privacy@javamantra.com
- Include your username and email address
- Write "Delete My Account" in the subject line
- We'll process your request within 48 hours
- You'll receive a confirmation email when completed
What Data Gets Deleted
The following data will be permanently deleted:
- Personal Information: Username, email, age, profile data
- Progress Data: Focus sessions, mini-game scores, breathing exercises, streaks
- Pet Data: Your virtual pet companion and its evolution progress
- Achievements: Badges, milestones, XP, and rewards
- Preferences: App settings, notification preferences, themes
- Authentication Data: Login credentials, biometric settings
