Age Requirements & Minors
MindSpire is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Minimum age: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use MindSpire
Social features: Friends, leaderboards, challenges, and referrals require age verification and are restricted to users 18 and older
Users aged 13-17: May use core app features (games, programs, breathing exercises, focus timer, pet companion) but cannot access social features
Under 13: If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete the account and associated data
