MindSpire Focus offers fun focus and mindfulness training activities designed for users of all ages, from children (5+) to adults. Our app includes:

Mini-Games: Engaging brain-training games including Color Focus, Memory Match, Pattern Recognition, and Reaction Time

Virtual Pet Companion: A lovable pet that grows and evolves as you complete activities and earn XP

Breathing Exercises: Interactive guided breathing sessions with visual animations for relaxation and focus

Focus Timer: Dedicated focus sessions with distraction tracking and progress analytics

Progress tracking, achievements, and gamification to keep you motivated

3. Age Requirements & User Categories

MindSpire serves users of all ages with age-appropriate content and supervision requirements:

Children (5-12): Require parental supervision and consent for account creation

Teenagers (13-17): Can create accounts independently but parental oversight is recommended

Adults (18+): Full independent access to all program types and difficulty levels

All users confirm they meet age requirements or have appropriate consent

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App in a safe, comfortable environment

Follow activity instructions carefully and at your own pace

Choose activities appropriate for your age and experience level

Not share your account credentials with others

Inform a parent/guardian (for minors) if you feel uncomfortable during any activity

Use the App for its intended educational and wellness purpose

6. Safety Guidelines

For younger users, parental supervision and guidance are recommended. Parents should monitor their child's app usage and ensure activities are practiced safely. The developers of MindSpire are not liable for any damages or issues arising from the use of this application. Use at your own discretion and responsibility. This app is for educational and entertainment purposes only.

All content, features, and functionality of MindSpire are owned by Java Mantra and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Account Deletion and Data Rights

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or our website. Account deletion includes a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion.
