By using MindSpire Focus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
MindSpire Focus offers focus and mindfulness training activities designed for users aged 13 and older.
Our app includes:
Brain-Training Games: 9+ cognitive games including Quick Tap, Memory Pattern, Verbal Memory, Number Hunt, Color Focus, Reaction Time, Aim Trainer, N-Back Memory, and Dual Task Focus
Structured Programs: 15-day guided programs (Mindful Focus, Concentration Booster, Digital Detox, Exam Warrior Mode) with daily activities and progress tracking
Virtual Pet Companion: A pet that evolves through 6 growth stages (Baby to Majestic) as you earn XP, with happiness, health, and mood mechanics
AI Breathing Coach: Guided breathing sessions with multiple patterns (4-7-8, box breathing) and 12+ ambient sounds
Focus Timer: Pomodoro-style focus sessions with distraction tracking and quality scoring
Social Features: Friends, encouragements, focus challenges, and global leaderboards (XP, level, streak, focus score)
Journaling: Mood-based micro-journaling with AI prompts for self-reflection
Health Integration: Optional sync with Apple Health and Google Fit for focus-wellness insights
Gamification: XP system, levels, achievements, daily challenges, streaks, and referral rewards
3. Age Requirements
MindSpire requires users to be at least 13 years old to create an account:
Under 13: Not permitted to use MindSpire. If we discover an account belonging to a child under 13, we will delete it and all associated data
Teenagers (13-17): May use all core features (games, programs, breathing exercises, focus timer, pet companion, journaling). Social features (friends, leaderboards, challenges) are restricted until age 18
Adults (18+): Full access to all features including social features after age verification
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the App in a safe, comfortable environment
Follow activity instructions carefully and at your own pace
Choose activities appropriate for your age and experience level
Not share your account credentials with others
Inform a parent/guardian (for minors) if you feel uncomfortable during any activity
Use the App for its intended educational and wellness purpose
Care for your virtual pet companion responsibly
Use social features respectfully and not harass, bully, or impersonate other users
Not attempt to manipulate leaderboards, XP, or game scores through automated means
Not use the referral system fraudulently
5. Social Features & Community Guidelines
MindSpire includes social features (friends, challenges, leaderboards, encouragements). When using social features, you agree to:
Treat all users with respect and kindness
Not send abusive, harassing, or inappropriate encouragement messages
Not exploit challenges or leaderboards through unfair means
Report users who violate these guidelines using the in-app reporting feature
Understand that users under the age of verification may have restricted access to social features for safety
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community guidelines, and to remove content that is inappropriate or harmful.
6. Privacy and Data
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our

data necessary to provide app services, track your progress, manage your virtual pet,
enable social features, and improve your experience.
7. Health Data & Medical Disclaimer
MindSpire may optionally integrate with Apple Health or Google Fit to provide focus-wellness insights. By using this feature:
You acknowledge that health insights provided are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice
MindSpire is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition
You should consult a healthcare professional for any medical concerns
Health data sync is entirely optional and can be disabled at any time
We do not share your health data with third parties
8. Subscriptions & Payments
MindSpire may offer premium features via in-app subscriptions:
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Payment and billing are managed entirely by Apple or Google, not by MindSpire
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store or Play Store settings
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google directly, per their refund policies
A free trial period may be offered; unused trial time is forfeited upon subscription purchase
9. Safety Guidelines
Always practice activities in a safe, quiet space. If you feel dizzy, uncomfortable,
or unwell during any exercise, stop immediately and inform an adult (for minors) or seek
appropriate assistance. The App is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological,
or therapeutic advice. Choose activities appropriate for your experience level and take breaks as needed.
10. Parental Guidance & Adult Supervision
For users aged 13-17, parental awareness and guidance are recommended.
Parents should be aware of their teenager's app usage. Social features (friends, leaderboards, challenges) are
restricted to users 18 and older for safety. All users should integrate mindfulness training
as part of a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
11. Limitation of Liability
The developers of MindSpire are not liable for any damages or issues arising
from the use of this application. Use at your own discretion and responsibility.
This app is for educational and entertainment purposes only.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of MindSpire are owned by Java Mantra
and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for
violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will
cease immediately.
14. Account Deletion and Data Rights
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or our website.
Account deletion includes a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion.

15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users
of any significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes
